Minnesota Home Health Services is more than just a community partner; we are a lifeline for those 18 years and older who require support and training in community living. We are a beacon of hope for those seeking independence, a resource for people experiencing homelessness, and a stepping stone to a better life.
Our Journey
In 2020, with 25 years of experience, we committed to providing the best possible care and support for those who need it most. For over three years, we've stayed true to that promise, focusing on community support and in-home services that allow individuals to live independently rather than in long-term care facilities, foster care, or nursing homes.
