At Minnesota Home Health Services LLC (MHHS), we are committed to providing dependable, person-centered support to individuals and families in our community. Since opening in 2021, MHHS has focused on helping people remain safe, supported, and connected while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Although MHHS was established in 2021, our experience goes back many years. Between our management team and direct support staff, we bring over 30 years of combined experience in the human services field. Our background includes nurse assistant care, relocation support, housing coordination, group home management, home and community-based services, and direct support for individuals with disabilities, complex needs, and changing life circumstances.
We understand that every person’s needs are different. That is why we focus on listening, building trust, and providing support in a way that respects each person’s goals, choices, culture, family involvement, and individual needs.
At MHHS, we believe services should be practical, respectful, and centered around the person served. Whether we are assisting with daily living skills, housing-related needs, community involvement, or ongoing support, our team is here to help individuals build safer, more stable, and more independent lives.
