Our Services

We provide home and community-based services that support children, adults, and older adults with disabilities in building independence, stability, safety, and connection in their everyday lives.

    • Individualized Home Supports with Training
      Support focused on skill-building, independence, community participation, and daily living needs.
    • Individualized Home Supports with Family Training
      Training and support for the person and family to help maintain stability, independence, and success at home and in the community.
    • Individualized Home Supports without Training
      Support with community living needs when formal skill training is not required.
    • Basic Homemaking
      Household support to help maintain a clean, safe, and stable living environment as authorized in the person’s service plan.
    • Adult Companion Services
      Non-medical support focused on companionship, supervision, community participation, and meaningful social connection as authorized in the person’s service plan.
    • Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS)
      Support for eligible older adults who need reminders, cues, intermittent/moderate supervision, or assistance to remain safely in their own homes.
    • 24-Hour Emergency Assistance
      On-call support for urgent needs as authorized in the person’s service plan.
